The non-profit membership organization Wisconsin Regional Artists Association in collaboration with WRAP (administered by the UW-Madison Division of Continuing Studies) co-sponsor these exhibits with local arts organizations to feature the works of Wisconsin lay artists. All regional artists who do not make their primary living from their art are invited to submit artworks for exhibition.
Artists from age 14 and up are invited to participate. Artwork must be original and completed in the last two years. Entries will be juried and meritorious works will be displayed at a state exhibit in August/September 2015 at the Pyle Center in Madison where the award winning artwork is eligible for cash awards.
Guidelines to participate encourage the exhibition of art in a variety of media including: PAINTING: Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor GRAPHICS: Drawing, Prints, Pastel SCULPTURE: Any Material, Mixed-Media CRAFTS: Clay, Wood, Metal, Fiber, Paper PHOTOGRAPHY: Black and White, Color, Digital: print or photograph. No giclee reproductions of paintings.
Artists and art-advocates alike are invited to view the exhibitions free of charge.
The fee to participate in each of the WRAP exhibits is $20.00. Artists should send the fee with their completed Entry Forms to the local coordinator by the listed due date. Entry forms are available below or here .

The mission of the Waukesha Creative Arts League is to educate, stimulate and advance artistic growth through: presentations, demonstrations and critiques by professional artists and by providing opportunities for artists to exhibit their art works at local venues. That makes them perfect partners for the Wisconsin Regional Art Program, with our shared purpose. Waukesha has one of WRAPs longest continuous exhibit/workshop partners.
The Waukesha WRAP has a policy of keeping the artist/juror for their exhibition a mystery until the jury is done. Plan to attend the May 30th workshop and meet the artist/juror for this year's exhibit!

The Portage Center for the Arts (PCA) is delighted to have Madison painter Barry Roal Carlsen as the exhibit juror and Northern Illinois emeritus art professor/painter Debra Grall as workshop presenter for their first ever Wisconsin Regional Art Program exhibition and workshop. The exhibition and workshop will take place in the Drury Gallery of the Portage Center for the Arts, which offers nine month-long exhibits each year, featuring the work of area artists, national, and international artists.
Workshop Presenter Debra Grall is an accomplished artist, and teacher. She will be giving an artist workshop to WRAP exhibit participants (included in exhibition fee) and guests (@$5.00) on Saturday May 30th.

The professional juror and artist presenter for the 2015 Tomah WRAP will be Madison installation artist and sculptor Justine Bitner. Justine received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Illinois State University and a Masters Degree in Sculpture from Eastern Illinois University before completing an MFA at UW-Madison.
In addition for being the juror for the exhibition Justin will be presenting at the May 9th workshop int he morning. All exhibiting artists are welcome to attend for free and guests may attend for $5.00 each.
The Tomah Art Guild is especially pleased to be exhibiting in their new gallery space, as of 2014, on the second floor of the Community Theater Building thanks to the Area Community Theatre board and staff members, among others.
