The non-profit membership organization Wisconsin Regional Artists Association in collaboration with Wisconsin Regional Art Program administered by the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Department of Liberal Studies and the Arts, will be sponsoring the WRAP exhibits that feature the works of non-professional Wisconsin artists. WRAP organizers invite any non-professional artist from Wisconsin to submit artworks for the exhibitions. (For our purposed 'non-professional' is defined as someone who does not make their primary income from their art.)
